When you request a quote, book service, or contact us, we may collect:

• Contact details — name, phone number, email address, and service address.
• Vehicle information — year, make, model, VIN, and photos of the glass damage.
• Insurance details — carrier, policy, and claim number, only when you ask us to bill your insurance.
• Job records — service photos, signatures, and payment records related to your appointment.
• Ad platform lead data — if you submit a lead form on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or Google, we receive the information you chose to share on that form (typically your name, phone, and vehicle details).

• To prepare your quote and schedule / perform your auto glass service.
• To send appointment confirmations, technician ETAs, and service updates by text or email.
• To process payments and, when you request it, insurance claims.
• To honor our lifetime workmanship warranty and keep your service history.
• To respond to your questions and reviews.

We do not use your information for purposes unrelated to your service without your consent.

By providing your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your quote, appointment, and service updates. Message frequency varies by job; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts, or HELP for help.

Your phone number and SMS consent are never sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

• All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
• Access to customer records is limited to authorized MAG staff who need it to serve you.
• Payments are processed by Square — we never store your full card number.
• Customer links (quotes, invoices, galleries) use private, unguessable tokens.

We share information only with service providers who help us serve you, and only what they need:

• Payment processing — Square (card payments and receipts).
• Communications — our phone/SMS and email delivery providers, to send you the messages described above.
• Insurance carriers — only when you ask us to process a claim on your behalf.
• Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.

When you interact with our ads or lead forms on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or Google, those platforms handle your data under their own privacy policies. Once your lead information reaches us, it is protected under this policy. We may use aggregate, non-identifying statistics (e.g., "number of leads per campaign") to measure ad performance — never your personal details.

We keep service records (including photos and signatures) for as long as needed to honor your warranty, meet accounting and insurance requirements, and comply with the law. You may request deletion at any time (see below).

• Access / correction — ask us what information we have about you or correct it.
• Deletion — ask us to delete your personal information, subject to records we must legally keep.
• Opt out of texts — reply STOP to any message.

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
